Possible serious problem with pension unit pricing

MI remind me a bit like Skandia. Once upon a time they were the elite option allowing investment choices that were not normally available to the average consumer. Top of the range premium products.
However, as others have caught up and gone past them, they got left behind and what was once the best has gone past it's sell by date.
At that time, although Skandia provided a good range of funds like MI, Skandia still charged bid/offer spreads so MI were preferable to Skandia.0 -
I think I may well be justified in asking MI to check the unit price for every buy or sell transaction I have ever had with them (over a 12 year period) . They have so far taken about 6 weeks investigating my complaint and it could take much longer.
If MI were to do the same for every transaction for every customer they have ever had that would most likely grind the whole company to a halt and put them out of business.0
