    Has anyone else received a email from step change stating changes to there agreement?

    It will just be a standard change to there terms and conditions, that they are legally obliged to inform you of.

    I get stuff like this from companies etc, mainly my bank, all the time, whenever they update there terms.

    Nothing to bother about I wouldn't think.

    Hi pocketmoney,

    there was a bit of a chat about this on the DMP supportthread part 11
    a few days ago, last week maybe, some had received it and some hadn't. Surprisingly on the day I said i hadn't received it, the email arrived about 24 hours later !!

    Some looks worrying but I don't think its anything particularly bad, other than you have to make sure you've got your review done on time or they boot you out?
    Debt -it's a fight that I'm winning, dealing with debt one day at a time.
    Estimated DFD August 2018 - 2031 - now 2027 :T

    I've received my e-mail now from SC, as Sazzie says we did chat about it on the DMP support thread and I hadn't had mine then...it arrived yesterday.

  • Yeah I received on Monday, glad its not just me :) like you all say nothing to worry about, as long as you do your review.
    LBM April 2012, started Dmp with Stepchange June 2012 £47k:eek: Proud to finally be dealing with our debts:)
    Nov 18 3 more payments to DFD
    Dec 18 2 more payments to DFD
    Jan 19 1 more payment to DFD
    Feb 19 Last Payment now debt free :)
