  • I am so made up you are going to start using a bullet journal, I have never felt so organised. I spend so much time on youtube looking at the videos which are so lovely but mine is just quite plain with a few journaling cards in it. I also keep my finances in it too (copies of my spreadsheets) lol.

You'll have to let me know how you get on with it, I'm sure it will help with your mojo.

I’m still feeling pants but I need to get back in the game because the truth is unless I do it debt wise it simply won’t get done.

I’ve tackled my budget AGAIN FOR THE ZILLIONTH TIME. Do you ever get sick of looking at the same figures over and over? Anyway, I’m not going to reduce my debt payments after all as I can’t bear to move my DF date beyond 2017.

I can do this. It just means I have to be super organised. To make matters worse I am joining fat club on Wednesday so that expense will have to come out of my £25 food shop and pocket money. So, £20 a week will be hard but possible, especially as I am doing budgeting for a big(ish) online shop once a month in addition.

At the moment I don’t have zumba energy but I should be able to manage yoga so I’m going back to that.

I’ve been reading about a new organisation system called bullet journaling. I’ve yet to start and will probably use a rough notebook before using my lovely more expensive notebook, but looking at blogs on bullet journalling is inspiring me. :) I think like you Tink mine will be simple. Thanks for the encouraging words :)

I guess I’m feeling I want change and weight is an outward projection of that. I’ve been looking about 106 for these past few weeks. Fat, tired and in debt. Guess what? I’m not accepting any of those, so I’m working on them all. :(

Too tired now to catch up on other diaries so going to bed and will do so tomorrow

I hope the weekend has begun well for you MSE folk

  • If you keep your bullet journal simple it is so much cheaper. Some of the planners out there are so expensive. I just use an A5 journal from Asda which does the trick.

Can't wait to hear how you get on with it. I'm in the middle of putting together a tracker.

Thanks beanielou you are right. I am taking the steps that count and I am happy to be doing so :)
Tink I'm still looking at examples right now but I will start soon and let you know. Your enthusiasm is catching :D

Tonight I am pleased to have had my last day of work. I am looking forward to my 2 days off now. I will batch cook tomorrow. I don't have a proper menu plan but I'll be cooking/making the following tomorrow:

    Chicken, lentil and veggie soup
Red beans, potatoes and pardon peppers
    Broccoli
    Quinoa
Buckwheat pasta, bacon and tomato sauce (use some for chilli con carne)
Aubergine, cashew meal and meat balls (freeze some)
    Buckwheat blinis
    Chilli con carne (freeze some)
    Cashew milk

So that's me today, getting ready for a new week that will involve fat club and yoga :)

I hope your Saturday is what you need it to be

  • DIA, just thought after reading your post that you could add a menu planner in as well, I have meals at the bottom of each day. Also you could record your weight loss as an incentive, I've seen a lot of people do this.

    Hope this helps.
