INOD, I must admit I don’t know how cash-back works. I assumed you need a bank card that does cash-back, if so, I don’t have one…:o
I called the gym that are doing free classes. They are not. I got it wrong.
Not to be beaten and desperate for exercise, I looked up alternatives and I’ve found a class that includes use of the steam room on a Monday morning. It is yoga, but the fast type that should get my heart rate up. Win, win.
If I go every week it will be a fraction of my previous gym s/o. It’s near W8rose so I can grab a free coffee after. It’s also near my favourite charity shop.:)
I might take my creative work to a cafe and work there
Not bad and the total cost should be £6 a week
It all sounds good but the proof of the pudding is in the tasting and all that
Hope your Sunday is going well

Hi DIA
I think INOD means cashback as in the shopping sites - have a look at TopCashback for example. It really is money for nothing, although sometimes takes a while to come through. Worth a look for any major purchases.
If you will really wear the boots then it's worth buying them now. Have you tried them on already?

Thanks Rosa.
I get the cashback thing now. I haven’t tried the boots on, so they may not fit. We’ll see…
Shop days for me are Saturday and Monday, so a spending day for me today. A small shop in Lid* but more spent than I wanted. I broke 2 rules so it serves me right. First, don’t shop hungry. Second, take a list. I admit to buying strawberries that were pricey £4.75 reduced to £2. However, I think it’s against the law not to have them at least once when it’s Wimbledon. They are delicious!!
I decluttered old batteries and kitchen utensils.
I did 2 lots of washing and they all dried outside
I’m taking decluttering a step further this month and I’m decluttering my brain of some of the things that take up head space and quietly nag at me in the background. For me its admin/bureaucracy stuff but physical stuff does the same to me too.
So, I am working on updating/various official papers and providing information to my bank. I’ll do a few things daily towards these bigger goals
I picked up 2 forms from the post office that are not available online
Called my bank to check on their requirements
Called national debt line to address a nagging fear and obtain accurate information
Dug out a C/T bill to photocopy when next in at work
I walked for a total of an hour today. Found it tiring, maybe the weather, maybe my poor fitness levels. I also picked up the timetable for exercise classes. I tackled my garden for 30 minutes.
I hardly got any creative work done so plan to get up early tomorrow and do some before work. I’ve been waking up naturally. All very nice but I wake up late as I’ve been going to bed late. Time to reset my sleeping pattern
A good day for me. Hope it was a good day for you too reader

Good luck with the boots
Go you with the decluttering too. It does make a difference feeling you're organised and know what's coming up - I hope to get back to that too.

I made the decision to stop my voluntary work. It no longer gives me joy. Now I work full time I find myself taking leave to do it. I’ve done it for 10 years now and I’d like to do something different. So, I’m applying for something new. It’s a similar commitment of time but I can cycle there so easier to get to and the building is simply stunning. It’s new and interesting work. So, I completed the application and sent it off.
I can’t find my travel card and for the first time in ages it lasts until the end of the month so it is a very expensive loss. I’ll search and search again tonight but if I don’t find it a replacement is £20 and since buying the boots that will be a very hard hit for me this month. On the other hand no one died…
milasaves, if you are reading this I hope your 4th July was a success despite the building works.

Fabulous long weekend was had by all!
I gain 1 lb. We did some serious eating!
We spent lots of time outdoors at the swimming pool. The two yr old DGD hated the fireworks and cried. It's a huge 2 hour display and very loud. We had to leave early.
Truly hope you find your pass! I just hate it that when things are tight that stuff seems to happen.
I'm so pleased you are taking care of yourself with creative days and exercise. Both are so beneficial!Overprepare, then go with the flow.

Evening DIA
I forgot to mention about my steam mop, I used to have a V@x and it was pretty rubbish. Then I had a super duper deal on a K@rcher and wow, what a difference. I can steam mop my floors and then there's a nozzle attachment which gives a jet, very handy for sinks and my kitchen cupboard doors. I think I can buy the window attachment too, but I haven't bothered.
Glad you've decided to buy the boots :T
Did you see a programme tonight called Life Stripped Bare? Well worth a watch I thought. Makes me want to start decluttering right now......except it's bed time
