Dont give up so easily. We used an independent broker who was amazing. We nearly got refused after a DIP cos they saw that we used our overdraft temporarily to pay for our wedding. Our broker spoke to the mortgage company and turned it round for us.0

Wow thanks guys you have really instilled some confidence in our situation.
I can't seem to find any IMA on Google in my area. The ones that do only seem to take clients that have a certain amount of savings or are applying for a certain size of mortgage. I'll keep looking though and I'll let you know how it goes

Also the advisor that the EA has recommended doesn't work for them he is based in Liverpool and seems to know his stuff. Fingers crossed we can find a way.0
