    I got the spreadsheet from a thread on MSE but I cant remember which one as it was years ago. If you PM me your email address I will send you a copy.

    I too, hope to be tying this sooner than expected, you say time passed quickly for you, it's not for me, not quick enough, maybe once I'm nearing the end of my mortgage, I'll think . . . it did pass quick :)
