Post Bankruptcy Cleanup

Hi,

There are some inaccuracies in my credit file and I need to write to the data control officers of the various CC companies to ask them to correct them. I intend to use the letters set out in the post 'Credit Reference File Clean Up Post Bankruptcy' to accomplish this. I note that the letters were written in 2008; are they still current, or do they need to be amended?
