Following on from their fraud which was revealed in September 2015 inside out investigated UKPC and found that (surprise surprise) they are telling lies again! What would be really interesting is if UKPC were actually able to gain keeper details of any persons ticketed during their DVLA suspension.
Just a quick thanks again to all those who helped and supported me with my UKPC fraudulent ticket which gave me the confidence to go to media and press about the scum bags and led to more victims coming forward, a media frenzy and this investigation. You all do a great job advising us all0 -
For anyone who doesn't remember/know this is my original post when I received the fraudulent ticket

Just watched it having Sky+'d it. Not as explosive as the earlier exposures with the doctored time stamps, but another few straws on the camel's back (or nails in the coffin) for them to contend with.
Let's see what Trouser Fire and DVLA make of this! The pressure has to be mounting on them to (be seen to) do something, especially after the reassurance that 'any further misdemeanour would warrant expulsion or further suspension'. In fact Trouser Fire said that UKPC was currently serving a 'suspended sentence'. He's got to act now, and swiftly to preserve any minor credibility still left in his leadership of the BPA. It cannot be a further long, drawn out 'investigation', the tipping point must have now been reached!
Anyone notice that once again individual staff have been blamed. Where's Rupert? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

That's a much shorter version than the West Midlands screening. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

The BBC have only exposed the tip of the IceBerg regarding UKPC
They highlighted just a small area, what about the rest of the UK, just how many times do UKCP extort money from innocent people
The idiots they employ in their office are clearly part of the scam.
UKPC are simply SCAMMERS and now, they must be banned from the DVLA for life. Patrick Troy of the BPA came across as his usually useless self
Why do the DVLA allow fraudulent companies to obtain our private information .... ?????
WHY NOT ASK THEM DIRECT
Patrick Troy aos@britishparking.co.uk
David Dunford DVLA david.dunford@dvla.gsi.gov.uk
Will Patrick Troy expel UKPC from the BPA, denying them access to the DVLA ????
If not Mr Troy, what is your interest in this scam0 -

The monies involved are simply too great for anyone to do anything to risk losing their cut.
This industry has managed to corrupt and pervert every authority in land.
You have to hand it to them, money can change anything, even the law and these crooks have proven it.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
