Hi
Just wondering how much i should offer Cabot in full and final payment for a £1200 debt they have had for about 4 years and i am paying £11 a month through my dmp , as in about a month i will have funds to clear this and all my other debts , any input appreciated

It's all a matter of negotiation, start around £400.

It is up to you how much you offer in full and final. A few keys things to remember are that you should treat all of your debts fairly. If you have several creditors then each one should get the same percentage offer. Get them to agree to the terms of the payment in writing, before you send any money (i.e. to mark your credit file with a zero balance and a status of partially settled or settled etc).
