Moorcroft Group Plc Letter - phishing scam?

Hydrog
Hi
I received a letter yesterday from Moorcroft Group which states the following:
"We are attempting to contact the above named person regarding a personal matter and we have been provided you addresses a possible address for our customer.
If you are the person named above, please contact our office on ....
However, if you are not the person named above, it is important that you contact us, either by telephone or letter so that we can update our records accordingly."
Is this a phishing scam? As far as I am aware I do not have any debts and have paid all my bills etc on time. I do not want to contact them and provide any details if this is not legit.
Thanks
