Are you a landlord?

In several threads, I hear the usual suspects stating this board is swamped by landlords. I disagree, but happy to be proven wrong of course.
So...let's have a poll.
As always, be honest as to not undermine the scientific value
of this poll. It's anonymous anyway, so no willy waving!

I polled 1-5 (I have 4.5), which doesn't include our home (not part of the portfolio), nor my wife's properties (3.5), other than the 50% of one that we jointly own.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -
My name is Generali and I am not a landlord.

We're not enough in number on this board to get a sample that is statistically significant but it will be enough to knock over any argument that 'you are all ......'.
Unless '.....' is Spurs fans. From my sample of 1 person I can confirm that I definitely support Tottenham. I like to think that this is an ethical board, devoid of Gooners.0 -
I think the title might bias it, eg make it more likely the landlords will view the thread and non landlords wont0

I am a landlord but I don't wave my willy regarding it. I make no more money from it than I would make had I sold the house and put the proceeds in the bank. I'm self employed and since I purchased my house with a self certified mortgage lending requirements have changed and I can now no longer re-mortgage, upsize or even downsize without a full affordability calculation which I would always fail which is the only reason I keep my house and rent the house I actually want to live in.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

I am also neither a landlord nor a Gooners fan. Somewhat ironically, my tablet auto corrects Gooners to Boomers. I'm definitely a fan of them. I'm not a landlord, and don't ever want to be one. I would sell my house for a lower price to a FTB couple rather than a BTLer. Nothing personal, I just don't see it as a particularly respectable or skillful way to earn a living. They are an EYESORES!!!!0
