Hi guys,
long story short, failed business, personal guarantees, trying to settle the debts by offering affordable monthly payments as i lost my job with the business.
some debtors have been great and are accepting what im offering, however
Iwoca- refusing to acknowledge my offer at all and demanding the final full amount or will take it to the courts.
Fleximize - wont even discuss a offer until i agree to put an indemnity charge on our mortgage.
Little Buisness loans- well they are like loan sharks been threatening me with all sorts, bankruptcy, even tho the debt is below 5k, coming round my house, e.t.c. the usual
Iwoca i have explained i can only physically offer so much as i'm not working at the moment so if they take me to court the debt is under 5k so i don't know what they expect as they are ignoring all corespondence from me now.
Fleximize the only debt i have over that magic number and they said they will persue bankruptcy if i don't sign the indemnity- now i have 3 young children one 8 weeks old so i don't want to lose my house.
little business loans - i have pointed out loads of mistakes in their procedures already, they said they are charging me £10 per day for late payment fees, where the t and c's state £5 then my terms and conditions have no signatures on or even dated but they say they have a copy that is signed and dated so it doesn't matter
Any advice on how to deal with these please guys, I very much appreciate your help.
