no employer pension??

I thought all employers had to offer a pension scheme for employees. I work in a nursing home and we have no pension scheme in place. A friend reckons this is illegal now. Anyone know please?

Not all employers need to have set it up yet.
If you know your employers PAYE reference you could look it up.0 -
Depends entirely on how many employees they have. How many are there in total?
Some staging dates (for those with like 1 employee) are late 2017 or so?0 -
