Mortgage and Loan in one

Hi I am a first time poster and would be interested to hear a few pearls of wisdom from you clever lot.

I am a graduate of one year who would like to take out a first mortgage, however I stall have around 6k of debt that I would like to consolidate with my mortgage.

So bascially a 100% Graduate Mortgage and a 6k loan all in one easy payment each month.

What do you think ?

Without figures it is impossible to say if you are elegible, but in theory there are quite a few lenders that will be able to accomodate such a request dependent on credit history, income, expediture etc.

Speak to a WOM broker.

Hi, I earn around 31k a year.

Looking to borrow 100-120k

6k Loan as well.

Experian Record shows 2 missed CC payments.

What is a WOM?

WOM = Whole Of Market (This should turn up the best deal for your circumstances)

Income looks fine for the size of loan you are looking for.

2 missed CC payments. Depends if they were back to back, insignificant amounts or within the last few months I would say. It would take something more serious than this in my view for an application to be declined.

Lenders will also look at the job you are doing, address history (not too many please), age, location etc etc in coming to a lending decision but on the face of what you have posted I rate your chances as good.
