The easiest way is to bookmark a bunch of links in the same bookmark folder (I just did all the links off the valentine offer page, total 31). Then tell your browser to open them all in its own tab.

Firefox: Click on the folder, at the bottom click "Open All in Tabs"

Chrome: Right-click the folder, either "Open All Bookmarks" or "Open All Bookmarks in New Window"

Safari: Click on the folder, at the bottom click "Open in New Tabs"

IE (v11, don't know about earlier ones): Click the star to view your bookmarks, hover your mouse over the folder, click the arrow pointing to the right

(My guess as to why this works to collect several birds in one go is that the site will update your account for when you got a bird after you click on a bird. It'll use that time to figure out whether it should show you a bird on whatever page you're on. By loading all the pages at once, they all look at the last time you got a bird, so all of them have an equal chance of giving you one, rather than killing your chances after getting the first bird if you're clicking on links one-by-one rather than loading them simultaneously.)
