New to forum.
Not a gambler, but does anyone out there play the American powerball online and if so what site do they use.
Can we play it in England legally.

Like the National lottery you can only play it if you reside in the country. There are supposedly 3rd party websites that allow you to play but I don't see how to trust that they'd pay out if you won.
You can't even easily buy tickets online according to the Powerball website, only if your State allows you to then you can but only in that State.
Plus if you went over there as a tourist you may play the Powerball but if you win you might not be able to claim depending on what State you win in.2007 Won Ipod 30GB Video Sold on ebay for £136.51
