I believe these had already been mentioned...

Sick pay for the first three days depends entirely on your contract.

Never mind you're doing your best.

And at what point before I asked had you said if you had your contract?

I don't need to do my best. I'm not the one that doesn't know my employer or ex employers sick policy.

I'm just the one that tried to help you and got it flung back in my face.

    Good luck.

You are the one in need of assistance... do you think being rude or sarcastic will encourage people to help you?

If you can get hold of the staff handbook, that probably sets out the sickness policy more clearly.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

You're taking this way too personally and reading into my comments far too much. Take it with a pinch of salt and move on. SERIOUSLY!

That's really up to them. And I don't believe I was being either.

If they have one I'm sure it's so well hidden by now, we certainly didn't have one in the stores. Vodafone is an incredibly large organisation so unfortunately it's suffering from a case where the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
