Asda microwave snacks 3 for £3, actually 3 for £2.28

Was just in Asda in Pembroke Dock (West Wales) and bought three for the microwave burger in a bun things. They were 1.28 each and the offer was 3 for £3. went over to the self-scan points and scanned in all I had bought and the total looked strange. I was thinking to myself, I'll get a voucher for their mess-up when I get my receipt. only to discover the reason the total felt wrong was they had taken off DOUBLE the discount they were supposed to for the burger things. £1.44 off instead of 72p.

If you buy these things then there is clearly a bigger saving to be made than I had thought.
