In their full T&C's this comp the promoter (j) is RBS, the other is NATWEST. I take this as both being run separately.

The form opened for me but when I completed and submitted it the page switched to this message:
"Online Application Service Error
"Due to system problems, we are unable to progress your application at present.
"We are sorry for the inconvenience, please try again later."
