    says (b) One entry per person -it's not clear if this is per bank or per banking group as natwest also belong to this group

    In their full T&C's this comp the promoter (j) is RBS, the other is NATWEST. I take this as both being run separately.

    EDIT: actually all the previous T&C's point from (f) through (j) state different information too. Different addresses etc.

    The form opened for me but when I completed and submitted it the page switched to this message:

    "Online Application Service Error

    "Due to system problems, we are unable to progress your application at present.

    "We are sorry for the inconvenience, please try again later."

    Anyone else having the same problem?
