Online Self Assessment

Hi Guys

Could someone please show me what the online form actually looks like for filing a self assessment return?

I have my UTR number and a log in for the Government Gateway however when I click on the Self Assessment form, it comes up with the window for a business account, as in this link:

This may be more appropriate.

That takes me to this page:

https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/business-account - I had signed as an Individual - should that be the page that gets displayed?

That's not a page for business account log ons only. I think you can log on to an SA account using that link. Have you tried?

Hi, I tried to login to my account using the above links but I get an error every time that either my user id or password is incorrect. However used the online forms to retrieve both and got a new password but I get the same error message using the new password. I tried calling the online help number but no answer tried 3 times waited about 10-15 minutes but no one to talk to. Also checked my UTR was correct and tried the gov gateway but that said my UTR is incorrect. Any ideas on how to get this resolved or phone number to call and talk to someone about this lack of support?

Yes I have my login for both HMRC and for Government Gateway plus my UTR number, but I still can't access the self assessment form anywhere - can someone show me what it looks like?
