Can you be sent bills post bankruptcy

If someone fully paid their bankruptcy in 2012 can they still be given bills dated 2010/2011?

    As I understand it, it depends if they were unsecured debts at the time of the BR - in which case they were included and can not now be claimed. However, if the debts were secured against an asset you kept (house etc) then they could be called in.
    There is no law stopping a creditor sending you statements for unsecured debts (in the hope you will pay them) - but you don't have to pay them or respond to them.
