Karate Class prices for a 4 Year Old

  • Krav Maga classes are all the rage in my area. They even do it as an after-school class. It's not a martial art, but more a 'battlefield' self-defence training. I had one class 20 years ago, and I still remember the things they taught us.

From what i've seen, classes start at about 5 years old.

Krav is good, or can be at least. Reality-based in many ways, and certainly rough and tumble. I ended up in A&E twice, and had some less upsetting injuries because Krav is only any use if you're practising in earnest.

It's not about nicities, no dojo bowing nonsense, it's high contact, and as such I'd question the appropriateness for 5 year olds!
