Seperation and Mortgage

Myself and my partner have unfortunately seperated, I want to buy out my ex's half of the house, I have enough money to buy my ex out unfortunately I'm about £7,000 short on the 4.5x salary to be able to get a mortgage by myself. Do any of you know of any way I could get a mortgage despite their being a £7k shortfall? My parents have offered to be guarantors if that helps. Thank you.
