Room for another?

I don't have a menu plan to post but will for next weeks. I always used to plan but got out of the habit and it has cost money and saw me turn toward more processed foods which I'm not happy about at all. I spend some time tonight and tomorrow sorting out for next week so I'm ready!0 -
Hi
Never really planned ahead for a whole week before, but will give it a go.
HM macaroni cheese with baked tomatoes
Steak pie, carrots and broccoli
Slow-roast shoulder of lamb with parsnips, carrots and peas
Beef casserole in freezer, HM last week
Angus beefburger with chips and peas
Sausages with vegetables and onion gravy
HM chicken curry and rice
Interesting exercise, looks like I only need to buy an onion!

Planning done for the next 2 weeks, trying to eat amap from fridge/freezer
Last night was frittata using LO cold meats & cheese from Christmas plus a tin of potatoes, peppers from the freezer, only had to buy eggs
Tonight Jacket potatoes, LO cheese & cold meats (bought ok amount but relatives visiting brought even more!!)
Tomorrow Laksa, all ingredients in cupboards/freezer & rice
Thursday Pasta & pesto (needs to be quick)
Friday Eat out for birthday
Saturday Chicken Maryland
Sunday Chicken & chorizo traybake
Monday Pasta & sausage meatballs
Tuesday Salmon & Thai coconut rice
Wednesday Chicken fillet, savoury rice
Thursday ?
Friday Spag bol
Saturday HM chapatti pizzas
Sunday Curry selection (all HM from freezer), rice & naan
I only need to buy naan, fresh fruit, milk and bread it would seem, and work out the meal for next Thursday.
Actually if I get chance while doing the pizza bases I can do chappatti and not buy the naan. Another cheap food week to look forward to
