adding names or transfering equity on a mortgage

I need advice on the procedures or best way to either trannsfer equity or add names onto an existing mortgage.

The background is that the house i live is owned by my mother to which i currently pay £600.00 a month to towards the mortgae, she currently tops this up to pay 1060.00pm.

we are now looking to extend the terms of the mortgate as she is now unable to afford the top up she pays.

there is currently 9 years left on the mortgage (90680.00) balance and as i am unable to afford the full amount we were thinking of extending the terms to 20 years thus reducing the monthly installments to an affordable amount.

I wish to be added onto her mortgage alog with my husband. what is the best way of doing this and what amount may i be looking to pay per mnth, and who would offer me a good deal.

Thank you for your help
