    Hi !!

Noticed a couple of posts regarding the free straighteners when you buy babyliss simply smooth.

Littlewoods are also in on it.

    Buy Simply smooth :cat no : PK0035 - £45
and get Babyliss Thermaglass straightener and stand FREE (worth £99 on littlewoods, they always did charge more)

Excellent for christmas ! I wanted some straighteners so will be giving the simply smooth thing to an unexpected relative !

Not sure of any promo codes except by now pay march 2006 xx303

as this is all about the same Babyliss offer, which must be an offer from the manufacturer rather than individual store chains, I've merged the threads about it all into one.

If anyone spots the offer available at a different store, then they can post it here :)
  • i cant get it to add it goes to my trolly then then i try but it does one some where but this is with every item not just the girly stuff

LX Direct have also got the free straighteners deal, bit cheaper than Littlewoods though at £38.99 the code is PK0034.

However to complicate things further, there are 3 listings for the Simply Smooth on their site:
    1 - Simply Smooth £38.99 Model - 8791U Code - PK109E - No Gift
    2 - Simply Smooth Rechargable £49.99 Model - 8792U Code - PK2812 - No Gift
    3 - Simply Smooth £38.99 Model - 8792U Code - PK0034 - FREE Gift

So they're advertising the description of the Rechargable and the model number with the picture of the normal Simply Smooth. Surely they have to send the model number listed and they can't worm their way out of it by saying the picture was of the other one? People buy according to the model number surely?

Some codes here aswell to reduce things further :)

This was posted before but I wasn't sure about the hair removal and exfoliation, does it work, by which I mean does it actually remove hair and more importantly, does it hurt?????

oh yes it works alright but it is so painful that you will need a least 1-2 bottles of wine before you start?????

I've got one of these, but the mains one.

It's not painful at all as it doesnt pluck hairs from the root, it's like a sander that sands down your hairs!!!

It takes time for your skin to adjust - as with all electric shavers-and you may suffer a slight rash etc (and you cant apply lotion to soothe afterwards or you could irritate the skin further) but once you get the hang of it it lasts three times longer than a razor shave.

The mains version is a lot cheaper and personaly I would opt for this one because it does take time to "sand" your legs as you use slow circular motions :D

    SIMPLY SMOOTH

p.s does anyone know why my "thanks" has increased to 7 when I havn't clicked any thanks buttons?!

Isn't it the amount of times YOU have been thanked rather than you thanking other people?
