And you should be able to. Unfortunately there are some people around that don't agree. Rise above it, don't give them what they want. Some people thrive on winding others up, the best thing you can do is not let them do it, carry on as normal and not give them the reaction they are after.

When I used to work in Martins' I used to go and punch a box of crisps if we had a particular customer in, especially as I was the only member of staff that could deal with this customer without losing my rag. If I was the only one on the shop floor the person out the back found it hilarious when I would dash out there and let one go on a box of crisps :rotfl:

The funny thing is I am not normally a violent person, just that some people really wind me up.

I hope the horrid customer purchased the broken crisps!
