Aunt Bessie Yorkshire puds now N/A v M... 5.30pm shop

    1x Aunt Bessie's 12 Golden Yorkshire Puddings (220G) £1.50 N/A

:(So they did not even pick them up on Monday. They were comparing before, but to last week's price of £1.47. If the 'free' offer is on for a little longer, it may be best waiting until the next price collection update to see whether they are picked up then. Or it may be better buying them on a comparison in T. With your nine unnecessary items that cost you more than the difference between T and M on this one.

I have a lot to mention from M today. The main important one is that I think the Cathedral cheese will be OFF as soon as the next update of M prices occurs. M have now put the price down from £3 to £2.67:(. Which is, of course, a price increase on what we were getting:p.

In M, it is buy one for 33p less than yesterday but still end up paying 67p more than you would have paid if you had bought one in A! (And a lot more than if you had bought two in A with enough other items and compared on the APG against M.) Or buy two and pay £1.34:eek: in total more than yesterday! Due to no longer qualifying for an mbuy reduction which is no longer on and about which no mention at all is made on the shelving. So, if people there happen to pick up two, they may think they are saving a total of 66p but are in fact paying £1.34 more! When a price 'reduction' means a price increase.

It's possible (anything's possible) that the cheese may continue to pick up 2 for £4 M price if they have changed the SELs in M today to reflect tomorrow's price and if I simply happened to visit my Ms late in the day today. It may have been that they were 2 for £4 earlier in the day at M and if the price collectors were collecting their price early on they could get 2 for £4 if that was showing in their Ms. I visit different Ms to them and I am seeing different things to what they are seeing, because it depends on what the SELs in their Ms are saying. It depends entirely on the time you happen to visit and the Ms you happen to visit. So, it is about timing and location. However, all of my three Ms for me today had £2.67. I think it is extremely unlikely the Cathedral cheese will be anywhere near as good as what it was vs M after the prices update.

I would get all your shops done now. I would not shop tomorrow because the system might update early. I think this will compare to M at 2 for £4 for some of tomorrow - so it is technically not the last day today (assuming that it's still going into the basket as missing an offer on a.com tomorrow) - however I think the M pricing will change on the system at some point tomorrow and it won't be as good at all (it will then probably be 'best' vs T, but still nowhere as good as vs M has been).

The Turkey Mince is still 2 for £4 in M.

In M, the 1.6Kg Whole Turkey Leg is probably still £3. However, I am changing its price to "PRICED":p as that's what my SELs said and I had no stock available for me today!

More - more helpfully, much more! - later.

This is a good deal for many from the MSE Cheap Energy Club - if you receive the email, you should qualify. I only got my £30 from switching from S Energy to B Gas (no penalty) a few weeks ago - now just switched from B Gas to B Gas again (no exit penalty) for another £30 cashback and around £5/month saving off my bill. For those not already with B Gas and with an exit penalty from your existing provider, £30 cashback and the cheaper tariff may still make it worth it.

Only takes 2 minutes to complete the form, no brainer really .

Website was playing up this morning but I came back to it at lunchtime and transferred from BG to BG. No brainer as you say

Thank you - it means T price collectors are more reliable than A then :D

AvM unfortunately didn't :( - CS have extended the Yorkshire pudding offer to 5th Feb - not sure if CoS have too as I claimed last night so it has gone..
