    Sorry to hear this, good that they were on the ball and spotted it! It is annoying being without your card but they do generally arrive a lot quicker than 8 days in my experience. Given Ocado deliver to addresses and mobile top ups have to be applied to specific accounts(?) you would think they would be able to trace the transactions.

  • Sorry that this happened to you. Happened also to a friend of the family - theirs included a hotel abroad, which is what triggered the card company to query the transaction (the card company phoned them)

    I hope they can trace whoever did it via the Ocado order.

    I hope so! Getting personal is a gift company that does personlised things so they should be able to get an address there as well.

    Tesco man recommended their app as it shows more up to date transactions. My online account shows the 27th as the last thing.

    Luckily I must be predictable and they seem to have stopped everything, I was close to my limit so the big ones wouldn't have gone through in the end.

    He said they wait a few months after they get your details so its harder to trace them back.

    MacMillian saying tomorrow, although his spirits are high, he is in alot of pain and at the minute cannot control it with his medication:(
