    Years ago I was asked to go to group therapy but I didn't want to and when my 6 weeks seeing the therapist on NHS was up that was it. :o

    I know I only manage things of a fashion sometimes but on the whole I am loads better than I used to be. It is just sad that when I was at my worse the girls were young and probably suffered for it. :(

    Shepherds pie for tea tonight, something hot and hearty after all that cheese last night. :eek:

    Surprised no one commented on the plate of meat last night it was neither Locarr's or SFSB's. It was the Sainsbobs £3 gammon the one with the whisky and orange glaze and it was delicious. :D Did anyone else manage to get any?

    We was told we were allowed last year, but then the area manager came and she is not nice:mad: said we wasnt allowed them, so we sneaked it in the holdall and hid in bottom of wardrobe, we have done the same this year, what the eye dont see the heart done grieve over;)
