As it stands at the moment, I may be giving the M Monday price collection a miss this next time. I have other things that I will need to sort, which are not being dealt with immediately and are being put back because they are not my special interest of M prices and the APG comparisons against them. So, I may free up Monday/Tuesday to deal with them (if I do Monday price collection, I will not have Tuesday free but will be spending it updating M in time for Wednesday and then the necessary thing (various insurances to sort etc.) will get pushed back even more - and then probably to the weekend next week, when it will again not get done in the two days but be pushed back and then it will be Monday again, and...). I am expecting quite a bit of change in M on Monday (2nd), in the frozen foods area and other areas that I don't immediately know about, but will catch up with that on Wednesday. It seems best just to do one this week rather than do the whole thing twice. So, you will just have to deal with things using wombles and the inadequate m.com/msm information for the middle of the week:p.
I thought Cathedral City was due to have another week in M, but this is not correct according to msm (times flies by! - see what I mean, one week gone already) - we've had a good run (vs M) though and should be good until sometime on Tuesday I suspect. W's price has already gone up (see how much attention I pay to non-M prices of late) so it looks like it may be near the end (vs M). I was going to suggest just buying Cathedral and single loose veg. and 10p items like you do anyway after Monday, but I think it will all be over then, so you'll just have to use msm or wait for me late in the week (move the shopping to the weekend!:p) assuming that I don't go on Monday. I may still do, if I get things completed today sooner than I expect. It may of course be that M could go to straight £2 Cathedral on Monday:D (I have no advance information and do not expect it but it is not an impossibility) or that somewhere else might want to match A's shelf price! It may come back around.
Like myself I suspect:rotfl:. I don't suspect, I know! I will be back - but, for now, goodnight!
If anyone wants to do the M collection in my absence...:D:D:rotfl:.
I'd like to know what the 'fresh' pork shoulder is on Monday, if I'm not there, that would be good to know as it's not online, so, if anyone is in M on Monday and can have a look for me if I'm not there - we are looking for £2/kg or below, though I think we may have it N/A on the APG for now anyway!0 -
See how I work - if I need to get something done, that I'm putting off like many people do I suppose, I need four free days so that I can procrastinate for three of them and then do it on the fourth:rotfl::rotfl:. Otherwise, it just does not get done - in two consecutive free days - at all:(. And now it's Sunday and back to Monday tomorrow. I have only one day - I doubt I will do it today! But, you never know, I might! (Always had problems with this when at work - I worked Mon-Fri. and anything else would have to be weekend only (two days) - it would never get done in two days, I wanted one day of rest (the Saturday) and then it would be Sunday (wouldn't get done) and back to work the following day - so, just not done. And then the same 'problem' the next weekend. And the next. (Doing it during the evening was a non-starter - you're absolutely shattered after a day at work and want tea. When you make the tea, it is an hour or possibly two of the evening gone already, and then eating it, and then you want to sit in front of the TV rather than do heavy things that you need to research and need to be in bed early enough to get up for work the following day, so just no chance of anything ever being done. It's all or nothing with me - there's no chance of leaving something part way through and coming back - as it all has to be relearnt and started from scratch again and, anyway, the coming back to it would be procrastinated and put off. Of course, it's impossible for me to do a "top-sliced" and incomplete job of everything like almost everyone else does on nearly everything.) When it came to becoming essential, as this is now, I would have to book a Friday off, so that I could do it on the Sunday night before going to work again. At least I would have the two free days. I must be getting old to need such rest:rotfl:. I could leave it till next weekend - after sorting out M twice through the week - but I've already left it to this weekend, so don't want to push it back again - that will then leave only one week till absolute expiry dates become days imminent. Maybe I am planning all this weeks in advance - but I do need to get it scheduled and done properly!)
See you later:wave:.
(If I'm away from here, do not call the search party - instead, it means things are good - I am getting on with what I need to!;):):wave:.)0 -

Very late night question from me  sorry
Cathedral City cheese and lean turkey mince
Can these be bought together please ? And do I only gave to buy 2 mince or can I get 4?
Thank you
I fell asleep so haven't kept up on here tonight
I bought six mince and four cheese and it compared against T.0 -

Just like the cheese does (one version at least of which was wrongly suggested to be not working about a week ago)?
There is a reason why I crossed Turkey Mince off my M list and then removed it completely. Can someone tell me that that has now changed and, even if it went N/A on Monday's price collection midweek, the Turkey Mince is now back and comparing against M at 2 for £4? TIA.
The turkey compared v M at £4 for me yesterday Savvy. Also showed as comparing v T at £4.90 hth0 -
