Both of my receipts have needed to be re snapped and re submitted on numerous occasions over the last 2 days - they gave not gone to review or been processed, failed every time or just hung at 100%
Patience is not going to work or hoping that things will go to processed, it's just not going to happen.
Waiting 7 days will not make any difference.
OHs submission vanished altogether but maybe it will reappear over night
