I think Ted must have been run over to have such injuries but he made it back home a day or so later. I'm surprised some of his injuries were missed . They were all concentrating on his leg but had internal injuries as well that they didn see huh.

Ohh I'm so sorry Em. My lovely cat which came free with my allotment and successfully moved into our house even though she had always lived outside since birth died in similar circumstances. Neighbour found her distressed and meowing loudly on field opposite our house. Suspected broken pelvis and we were waiting to see if the vet would operate. He said he only would if she got the feeling back in her back legs. A few days later she became really distressed and died, bless her. She was about 11 and such a lovely tabby xx
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.

Today is a strange day Got nails done, went shopping and dropped DH off at the pub but then I got a call to say that one of the young lads I put through an apprenticeship died suddenly of an anurism
He was just 35 and had got married last August

Only slightly connected My aunt's funeral was on Thursday She had good life It was lovely day, a true celebration of her life She was 89 Her daughter done most of the organizing and the coffin was made of wool (never heard of that) and lined with satin type material My cousin wanted it to reflect her love of sewing but she wanted her to be comfy. It was so touching
Sorry to hear about the chap you put through an apprenticeship, how awful. :(

I have had my first bath since July 2015 and finally shaved my legs properly! :rotfl:

I did have to spend an hour cleaning the bathroom first, my teenagers are disgusting specimens and hadn't bothered (although tried to tell me they had :o). Must weigh less now with the amount of hair I shaved off (although my legs might get cold now!)! :D :rotfl:

    Hi bubbs I'm here

Spent today catching up on surveys and sorting through my emails  I thought it was a good idea to have a few email accounts and it seems that 2 of them have over 2000 emails in each. Flipping heck, at the time I thought it a good idea :o

Catching up watching Alaska, The Last Frontier then time for CBB :T
I was pleased that Winston went, he seemed such a letcherous brute, eying all the females up.

    See you later :)
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

  • Only 5 minutes away from me, hoping for further reductions! They are putting a massive B&M there. The B&Q in Queensferry closed today, not sure what is going in it's place as there is already a large B&M next door. I keep popping into the EP one but trying to hold off at the moment. I'll be looking at gardening stuff.:)

The Range are taking over the building, their people were there last week. Hth :)
