Yes I know there is some sort of app whereby you can upload the click snaps and I did have a failed attempt to find it

the same has happened to me with TCB and after emails I have had my reward they have usually been really good and quick at replying, but I do keep my receipt so I can send it again. When I know im right and I have the proof I don't give up even if its only 5p....:eek:

thanks for this, I will give it a go, I am sure I've used the email method before, just have to figure it out.

The worst of it is that I have now scoffed all of the kettle chips in the house and really got to like them

I've now got a fool proof method for receipts which has been working like clockwork for months - anything I buy for cashback or mycoupons the receipt is in a separate pile with a bulldog clip until it is actually paid up.
All other receipts are in a general bulldog clipped pile after I've added the spend to the Daily Spend chart. at the end of the month they go into an old redundant small sized concertina file which will hold a years worth of receipts (hopefully and depending on the NSD)

so I no longer have to dive into a random basket of receipts its all very methodical and the desk is a lot tidier.

( I used to carry 3 around with me in the good old couponing days but now its just one and mostly that's just assorted odds and ends)
