I did make my scan this afternoon.....just:eek: I've spent a few days in hospital this week. I was so run down from my cold I got a staph infection in my bloodstream. Pumped full of antibiotics now.

As it was I needn't have worried about staying still. I had a neck brace and a wedge either side of my head plus some contraption to keep my hips still so I literally couldn't move. I also managed the full 1 hour and 45 minutes without needing a wee

No it wasn't. it was totally scary how quickly it came on :eek: My temperature went through the roof in the space of a few hours. I've now found out I'm one of the 1 in 3 people who carry the staphlycoccuous bacteria on our bodies (usually harmlessly) but because of my situation it decides to attack you when your defences are down.
no shower gel glitches for me I've been prescribed an anti bacterial body wash and some cream for my nose to kill it off. So glamorous :rotfl:
