Thats a very good price. I paid exactly the same for august cruise as my yearly insurance didn't cover cruises. Just done a new yearly insurance and including cruises it was £84. Steep as was only paying £40 before but figured just one cruise makes it worth while.
I must put in for some leave when TM is around. Booked holiday then builders say they want to complete on house before I go away. Not a chance as 12 days time and not seen sight of a contract, done walk around or had queries answered. if I get contract before I leave they can do walk around and exchange and complete the day after I get home.
Not me who is running 5 months late:eek:

    V x

I must admit I was very surprised at the price. With all my bladder stuff, c diff, sepsis, staph infection etc plus some other bits, as well as kids bits, I really thought it would be higher. Saw the company recommended on another forum I go on so thought I'd give them a try. Didn't ring any others after that, as to be honest going through all the medical conditions etc the call takes at least an hour, and I really don't think I'll get much lower than that.

I also have a cruise booked in September, without kids (or possibly with DS if I can't find a room mate as he has offered to pay for himself!) but that is a transatlantic, so I guess it will be higher. I should have got him to quote whilst on the phone, but you know when you've just had enough?

Can't believe they are running 5 months late on the house, must be very frustrating. :o
