I can't sleep I have upper chest trapped wind :o:o:o from the raw onions in the potato salad I made for tea.

An hour ago I drank some Andrews, now I've gulped a fizzy drink - hoping the burping will commence :o:o:o

Might dye my hair if I'm up any longer with it :rotfl:

Hope the wind has passed through or up and out  Did you dye your hair Snap :)

By the time all the seasonings are added in the various dishes, you really wouldn't know the difference between turkey mince and beef mince.

Turkey mince is also alot healthier as less fat content!:)

Edit to say that it will go well with Barilla sauces if you have a few!!:D

Agree with those suggestions Squigs :). In many ways I prefer turkey mince as its all meat, no gristle :T.

    Morning all

I was going to gave a crisis today but I might have headed it off at the pass

I've got to go to a wretched works long service lunch this week - the last 2 have been very grim. Oh announced last night that I had to look spectacular - no pressure then.

This do is in Birmingham so it's an hour on the train and a long walk across the city in the wind and cold - so that means wearing something that won't crease, that I can put thermal underwear underneath and it has to look ok with my flat black boots - other boots are available but not sure if I can walk a distance in them

I was thinking of the usual black trousers and fancy top combo but my trousers are slightly too long - the usual problem when you are an inbetweenie - too tall for petite sizes but too short for standard
So that options out as the trouser legs would be soaking by the time we get there

I've found a black shift dress in the wardrobe with an exotic pattern on the front which I think will do but its sleeveless so I need to see if any of my cardis are smart enough - I am wearing my long black winter coat over the top and it is very fitted so I don't think I can get a jacket underneath - sort one problem out and then find another to replace it

I've still got suitcases to empty this morning so doing these 2 jobs is going to keep me occupied all morning

Mix with grated lime zest, bit of lime juice, finely chopped chilli, spring onion and a few herbs and you have turkey lime and chilli burgers

Chilli and lime taste lovely, though I don't like too hot a chilli. Just had breakfast but could eat one of those now  :rotfl::rotfl:

Off to get dressed as going into town, see you later :)

In the middle of sorting out the glory hole.

Please someone stop me going to the boots sale if it starts tomorrow. :o

The Boots brown cardboard box is full I just moved in some stuff that had been floating. And sat on top still are 3 big gifts I got last year as decided when I got everything out at Xmas I had gone over the top for the girls. This could end up being a cheap year. :D

Off to do the bodyshop side now that is vastly diminished but being replaced with bargain gift sets I got in Ts. :o Not sure where the Bayliss and Harding bag I got for tenner is going to fit.

Last couple of years my spending in boots did not really go down as much as it should have seeing I used to do the Xmas shopping for my mum to give people. :o I think I just bought bigger gift sets because I could now afford to. But it has to stop.

I do need couple of men's sets but if I go not sure I won't be able to stop myself getting caught up in the heat of the moment......
