Nationwide Mortgage after a IVA

Hello im look at getting a Mortgage through Nationwide

I have completed my IVA over 6 year & it has dropped off my credit report, & my credit score is now excellet

I have read Nationwide ask the quedtion weather you have ever had an IVA, on anwsering Yes (which i wouldnt lie) is there a chance of getting refused because if having once had an IVA or even getting a higher interst rate, if so what?

There is a chance of getting refused, but not solely because of the IVA (as you presumably fit criteria). However it will get taken in to account when underwriting your application.

The rate will remain the same, you will either be accepted or you wont there is no loading because you have had an IVA.
