Endowment Deed of assignment help

Hello,
I have contacted AXA Friends Life today to request an application for a deed of assignment, so my X can transfer a joint Endowment policy to pay just me when it matures but apparently they don't send them out anymore.
They're happy to action it once received but I don't know where I can get one.
Unfortunately, I don't own a printer, I don't drive & there's no library anywhere near me.
Can anyone suggest somewhere that can post one to me please?

And what did Aviva (friends Life) say when you told them that?


Did you ask if you could simply write one out in the same/similar format as the onscreen (?) version I presume they pointed you to?


The specific form should not be critical - it should be the information it contains which you/your ex fills out anyway.

He said that they're easily obtained. It was a very quick call. The gentleman was keen to end the call.
Yet looking online, all deeds of assignment seem to be associated with debt, so I'm not sure what the correct wording should be.

clearly you need to remove anything Pru specific and replace with AXA/Friends Life as applicable.


The alternative would be to ask a solicitor to draw something up for you but that will clearly involve cost.
