Who can I sell my NIROC's to (Northern Ireland)

This is probably Northern Ireland specific. I had solar panels fitted in June 2015 and was signed up to sell my NIROC's to Action Renewables in Belfast as NIE had stopped new taking new generators.
When I asked for how much I am earning per KW generated they have said they won't know this until later in the year and will take 10% commission.
Is this common practice and if not where else can I sell my Northern Ireland ROC's as our local energy supplier NIE will only take on customers who have had panels fitted by them.
It seems ridiculous that I have no way of knowing what my earnings will be, is there a list of NIROC buyers anywhere.

Hi, I'm in NI too, had panels fitted April 15, and got in with Power NI just before the cut-off (I kept ringing and pestering until they got their finger out). Have had one export payment (£7 - woohooo!) and obviously ROCs not due for a while yet.... Power NI now have the Power Purchase Agreement to cover your export and ROCs, replacing the Microgeneration tariff that I come under - I don't think you have to have had panels fitted by them (I imagine you mean Power NI in your post, not NIE, they're just the ones who take flippin ages to come out and replace your meter under the stairs lol). Looking at the date of your post though, I assume you've got sorted :-)
