Civil Bill Ejectment for Overholding and Arrears - Northern Ireland specific

Hi
I've debated whether to post this here, renting or NI board and i really can't decide which is right i'm in such a fluster
. Someone close to me has been issued one of these due to rent arrears. As far as I understand there were arrears already which have been made worse by his workplace not filling in a statement of earnings form while off sick. I only know some detail - and i'm lucky enough to have been given any information.
What i'm trying to understand is what could happen next.? If the arrears can't be paid within the 21 days will this person be evicted? There's some ongoing issue which i don't really understand or know all the detail, but so far I've advised they contact a solicitor for legal aid ASAP using this link
and seek legal advice. I've confirmed no matter the misunderstanding, they could still be evicted if the matter is left untouched and that it's vital to communicate with the number on the letter also.
can it go straight to eviction after 21 days from the issue date of the letter?
Can anyone give best advice on how to proceed or what's next?
Can anyone advise of their rights?
All help very much appreciated. I'm getting lost googling.:(
BG, please move if this should be in a different section of the forum.

Hi
I’m afraid I can’t offer any advice on your situation but I thought I would mention the advice helplines we refer clients to when they live in NI.
Debt Action NI is a government funded, free advice helpline - www.debtaction-ni.net
Stepchange can also give NI specific advice - www.stepchange.org/Debtadviceinnorthernireland.aspx
