I too had an instant win (a tote bag) just before Christmas, when the comp wasn't working properly, followed by an email saying those prizes wouldn't be honoured. Received the tote bag + 2 bottles of Crabbies light ginger beer today :T

Just to add that my case of Crabbies & 2 Crabbies lights arrived last week after the initial disappointment of being told I wouldn't receive my prize. Really good of Crabbies to honour everyones prizes.
