    Try using a different browser. This worked for me using Safari and then Chrome on a tablet and then again on a PC with IE and Chrome. I also opened multiple tabs/pages (as previously suggested) before entering via each browser which allowed me to enter for each new page.

    In Chrome, if you press Control, Shift and Delete it comes up with a Clear Browsing Data screen and one of the options is to clear cookies.
