The dreaded Yes Car Credit !!

Hello.

Whilst looking at my property deeds I have realised that Yes Car Credit (directautofinanceltd) have.put a charge on my house !! The background to this is - whilst in the middle of a bipolar manic episode I was sold a car for £5000 - I inevitably lost my job & even though I had payment protection insurance the !!!!!!s took my car & lopped a charge on my house. This was in 2004. I did contest it but no joy.

My question is...how can I find out how much the charge is as Yes Car do not exist - and how do I get rid of the charge ? Do I need to pay it even though they repossessed the car ?

Many thanks

Did you ask the people who financed your car? We don't have access to a magic ball

Any exclusion criteria for your payment insurance???

Did you read the T +C for your finance?

Assuming Provident have taken the debts over from the other companies then you may need to satisfy the charge before they discharge it. Have you established the terms of the charge so you know how much this is ?

If there is a charge on your house the Land Registry should have record of it.

You can obtain the Title Register for the property online at a cost of £19.95

Stating the obvious!!! Apologies, just noticed that is where we came in.
