Two part mortgage

Hi, I'm finding it really hard to get any information on these and to then try and work out the best deals. I have an existing capital only mortgage of £70k with an endowment, and as a planned house move, want to borrow an additional sum of £50k on a repayment mortgage. But none of the comparison sites, nor individual companies say about whether and what product they have and rates

You might struggle to get an interest only mortgage with another lender.
Could you afford to take the whole mortgage as repayment ?
How long have you had the endowment and what is it now worth ?
It might be a good idea to cash in the endowment and pay that off the mortgage so you are borrowing less.
