I think they do have winners - it's just that they probably make a fortune selling peoples details on, & only have relatively small prizes. Like phone in comps on TV where 20,000 people pay £1 to enter for a prize worth £500 :mad:Al Mac Appreciation Society (AMAS) member # 6½

It's definitely a personal preference. I actually won £150 with MyOffers.
The junk email you get is quite clearly labelled as coming from MyOffers so GoogleMail easily identifies it as spam.
