One for the mortgage advisors

What's the best deals around at the moment for the following:

30 year old self-employed first time buyer (ltd company trading since 1998, 50% shareholder)
Earning £54,000 before tax (made up of basic pay and dividends)
Looking for a fixed rate for first 2 or 3 years, want to allow overpayments up to 10% without penalty
Looking to purchase house valued at £210,000 with a £23,000 deposit

Thanks.
