Default not added to Credit File

Good evening,

I hope I am posting this in the right part of the forum and would be grateful of some thoughts on my Situation.

I have been a DMP for a while and whilst most of my debts defaulted back in the beginning of 2010 and are due to drop off I have found that Nationwide did not. They have been marking my file with a 6 since March 2010 and marked my file as delinquent.

On speaking to the company my plan is with I requested for them to speak to Nationwide to find out about why my account had not defaulted. They got back to me today and said Nationwide advised it defaulted in September 2011. My file does not reflect this at all and there is also an entry saying Debt management programme start date 01/10/2015.

I checked Experian which shows 6s every month since March 2010 and Noddle shows the same but states BB up until the last year then it shows AR and then from October last year states DM.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this because It seems to me that they have not updated my Credit file properly. What I don't understand is that in 2010 I was paying less to them than I was in 2011. So why default me in 2011?

If you need more information just let me know. I would like to keep this thread updated as I am going to need to complain somewhere and just looking how to get the ball rolling.

Look forward to hearing your thoughts.
