Quidco

Could someone please confirm that Quidco do encrypt the data held on their databases ?
If not - they run a huge risk of being another TalkTalk....
They have several million credit card and bank account details.

While they do store bank account information in order to be able to pay cashback to their users, do they store credit card information as well? I'm struggling to think why they would need to, though I admit I don't use them as much as I used to. When you buy something via a Quidco link, you get redirected to the sellers site, so all your payment details are handled by them, not by Quidco. Or do they have other services now that would require your credit card details?

They have your details so you can accrue cashback instore as well. Cafe nero and debenhams and dotty p's off the top of my head.
