I have a pre -reserve with my morgage of £3500 which i can use at any time .I am really struggling at the moment to pay for a loan which i have the loan has another 4 years to go so alot of years to struggle.I am tempted to use that pre-reseve to pay of my loan but not sure what to do .
My morgage at present is fixed for 2 years so the pre-reserve would be at a variable rate .I have 22 years left on morgage so i would not think the payments for £3500 over 22 years would be much ,they would be alot less than the loan .
What should i do ?
